I have been guided to use an affirmation before my meditations lately.  It is remarkable how this little phrase said before my meditation has helped to quiet the mind chatter during my meditation.

Tips for incorporating Reiki into you Daily Life

Jump starting your day.

Set the alarm clock 10 minutes early to hit the snooze button once.  (If you are like me and  already hit the snooze one or more times you can miss this first step.)  As soon as you hit the snooze button – place your hands on your body and start doing Reiki and enjoy the next 10 minutes of Reiki bliss.
